The cost of monthly support is 50 EUR per month + VAT. When paying for the year, the price is 500 EUR + VAT.
What we do
A full maintenance package so your site stays secure, fast, and up to date.
Updates
Every 2 weeks we update the WordPress platform and the modules used by your site. After the updates, we check the site's performance to eliminate possible incompatibility problems.
Backup
In addition to the backups on the hosting that the provider makes, every day we create our own backups and store 15 copies on external storage, which will remain available if your hosting is deleted or the provider has technical problems.
Uptime Monitor
We provide monitoring of your site and in case of a fall, we will know about it instantly. First of all, we try to restore the site and find out the cause of the breakdown. After recovery, we provide a report on the reasons.
Protection
Using a firewall, we protect the site from hacking attempts, password guessing and other attacks. In case of infection or failure of the site, we restore it from backups.
Migrations
If it's necessary to change the hosting provider, we provide all technical support and transfer all files to a new hosting provider.
Optimization
Every 2 weeks we optimize the database, clean the site from accumulated drafts and obsolete meta-records that clog the database.

What's included in the monthly fee?
Updates every 2 weeks, daily backups (15 copies), uptime monitoring, firewall protection, database optimization, and support when something breaks.
Can you take over maintenance of an existing site?
Yes. We can take on any WordPress site — whether we built it or not. We'll assess the current setup and propose a maintenance plan.
What if my site gets hacked?
We restore from our backups and investigate the cause. Our firewall helps prevent many attacks. If infection occurs, we clean it and harden the site.
Do you work with sites on other hosts?
Yes. We maintain sites regardless of hosting. We create our own backups independently of the host's backup system.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly payment?
Monthly: 50 EUR + VAT per month. Yearly: 500 EUR + VAT (2 months free). Same service either way.
